• Procurement of vehicle maintenance leasing and related services The city of Salo (hereafter procurement unit/customer) requests bids for the procurement of vehicle maintenance leasing and related services in accordance with this request for bids and its appendices in accordance with. The goal is that the procurement contract period starts in June-July 2026 and the length of the contract period is two years from the signing of the contract. The acquisition includes the option to extend the contract on the original terms for two years for the option period. The use and duration of the option is decided separately. The object of the procurement is the vehicle maintenance leasing services of the city of Salo, which refers to a comprehensive vehicle leasing, rental, maintenance and care and administration service, which also includes the purchase of vehicles. The entire maintenance leasing service is the operational responsibility of the selected bidder. The provider / service provider is responsible for providing the service both for the city and for all service users. The object of the acquisition is maintenance leasing services, which includes all services during the vehicle's life cycle, such as vehicle purchase, financing, maintenance, maintenance, repairs, supplies, management and reporting and monitoring of vehicle use.
