• Description:
• The object of the acquisition is vehicle maintenance leasing services for the city of Vantaa. The vehicles offered are new. All vehicles are ordered from Variko in the city and delivered to the address Tuupakantie 10, 01740 Vantaa. Varikko of the city of Vantaa delivers vehicle for users of different service areas of the city. The minimum requirements for vehicles are listed in the procurement criteria section of the request for tenders. The procurement is divided into nine (9) different areas. Three (3) are selected for each section reporter. The tenderer can submit an offer, either for one or more areas. The estimated purchase amount of service lease vehicles is approximately 55 vehicles in total. The estimated purchase quantities of vehicles during the contract and option period are as follows: 2026 approx. 5 pcs 2027 approx. 10 pcs 2028 approx. 20 pcs 2029 n. 10 (option) 2030 approx. 10 (option) The duration of the contract is two (2) years. The subscriber reserves the right to extend the contract period with two (2) one (1) year options. The expected total value of the acquisition is 1.3 million euros. Subscriber does not commit to specific purchase quantities of maintenance leasing vehicles during the contract period. 1. Section: Passenger cars, 5-door Passenger car with 5 doors. Drive: Gasoline or gasoline + hybrid. Three (3) contract suppliers will be selected for the sub-area, unless approved there are fewer bidders who submitted a bid.
