- Stara, the city of Helsinki's construction services company (hereinafter also Stara, the Procurement Entity or the Client), requests your offer for vibration measurements and inspections of infrastructure construction activities in accordance with this request for tender and the documents attached to it. The procurement is about service procurement. The object of the acquisition is mainly inspections, protections, expert opinions and vibration measurements related to infrastructure construction and mining works. The services are performed at Stara's workplaces in the Helsinki city area, e.g. in excavation works of infrastructure sites, ground reinforcement works and other inspections and in objects requiring vibration verification, as well as in projects requiring expert opinions and the protection needs of vibration-sensitive devices. The services are performed in accordance with the Service description in appendix 2 of the request for tenders. The contract for the implementation of the service is made in accordance with the service description provided in appendix 1 of the request for tenders. according to the contract model. The duration of the contract is 1 January 2026 31 December 2026. The procurement establishes a framework arrangement for which two to three (2 3) service providers are selected, if there are this many acceptable offers.
