- The object of the procurement is the supply of water plant chemicals to the customer under the conditions specified in this request for tender. The contract period is 1 June 2026 - 31 May 2030 excl. sub-area 4, where the contract period starts on September 1, 2026. The contract terms are JYSE 2025 goods. By acquisition a framework arrangement is established with several suppliers and it is divided into parts. The supplier can offer one or more areas. 2 suppliers are selected for the sub-areas and procurements during the contract period are made in order of priority. Offers the basis of selection is overall economic affordability and the basis of comparison is the cheapest price by sub-area. In addition, the tenderer must meet the absolute minimum requirements and comprehensive quality criteria. The subscriber does not commit to any quantity or minimum purchase obligations, but chemicals are ordered as needed. In all areas, a ton means 1000 kg. Annex 1, draft agreement Slaked lime Estimated annual volume is about 2 tons. Lime gravel for pools 1-3 mm Annual estimate around 15 tons. Polyaluminum chloride for domestic water use. Estimated annual amount around 150 kg. Sludge drying polymer The annual estimate is about 5 tons. Ferric sulfate Estimated annual volume is around 300 tons. Sodium hydroxide 50% The annual estimate is around 120 tons. Polyaluminum chloride for wastewater treatment plant The annual estimate is about 117 tons.
