Description:
In the procurement of Lappeenranta Energiaverkot Oy and the city of Lappeenranta, tenders are held for the so-called water supply and stormwater materials. Stock products and non-stock products to be delivered separately based on the order of the Subscribers. The customers reserve the right to tender separately for separate buildingsaccessories to be purchased for slots. The supplies to be procured include water infrastructure products, concrete products and plastic products.
The customers operate in a supply security-critical industry and the reliability, functionality and compatibility of the systems and materials in the network of the materials to be procuredwith is absolutely important. With approved materials, the Subscribers ensure their own high-quality and work-safe operation and the fulfillment of the supply security promises made to their own customers. For this reason, the material lists attached to the request for tenders contain some of those approved for offerthe manufacturer or country of manufacture indicated on the products.
Each Purchaser makes an independent procurement decision and contract by choosing the cheapest in terms of comparison price from the offers that meet the requirements of the request for tender.
The basic contract period is 1.1.2024 - 31.12.2024. A contract can be madedaan will continue with three (3) option periods, always for one year at a time.
