Description:
The city of Salo (Client) requests bids for the procurement of workstations and related equipment as well as lifecycle services in accordance with this request for bids and its appendices. The contract period for the procurement is one year, after which the contract continues with a six-month notice valid until further noticeon foot. A more detailed description of the procurement is given in this request for tenders and its attachments.
The subject of the procurement are workstations, related equipment and services. The equipment and services offered must meet the requirements set out in this request for tenders and its appendices.
In this acquisition, theto acquire the following services:
- an order portal maintained by the supplier for placing orders
- workstation computers to replace previously purchased devices
- workstation computers as new purchases
- workstation-related peripherals, equipment and supplies
- equipment preinstallation
- equipment delivery and installation at the office
- Support service during the life cycle of the customer's workstations
- further processing of returned equipment
The number of equipment to be purchased outside of the tender request is small and the supplier is requested to be selected from them on a case-by-case basiscompletely separate offer. The annual amount of equipment purchased is estimated to be 15 desktop workstations, 1075 laptops and 175 different monitors. In terms of numbers, the deliveries are concentrated in the third quarter of the year, when the equipment to be used by the schools must be delivered.
