- The Finnish Defense Forces will purchase native x-ray imaging equipment for the Vekaranjärvi Garrison's new health center in Kouvola, which will be completed at the end of 2026. chest rack, bucky table and the detectors needed for these. The Defense Forces uses the equipment for X-ray examinations of conscripts and Defense Forces personnel. In terms of numbers, the most significant type of examination in the unit are thorax images, but the equipment should also be applicable to other conventional native studies. According to the current schedule estimate, installation of the device in the space would be possible from November 2, 2026. The installation must be completed by 14 December 2026. The floor plan of the premises is presented in the request for tender attached (NOTE! Appendix 5: Floor plan of the premises [in .dwg format]). Based on the terms of the contract, the procurement unit contracts for one (1) x-ray device installed in place fully ready for use and operation at the health station of the Vekaranjärvi garrison in Kouvola. To the procurement contract (content of the procurement) includes the delivery of the native X-ray equipment in place in fully operational condition to the location mentioned in this document here with the additional services mentioned in the request for tender.
