- The City of Kemi is asking for offers for producing the 160th anniversary book of the City of Kemi. The city of Kemi turns 160 in 2029. The book is set to make a popular history of history, which is easy to read - a maximum of 500 pages with pictures. The history of the previous city of Kemi was written by Ossi Hedman in 1976. The production of the celebration book covers background research and writing and illustrating the book to the final manuscript phase. The layout and printing of the book, or technical implementation, will be tendered separately. The language of the party is Finnish. From the budget's point of view, the work is thought to be divided into four years (2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028). This is an acquisition that exceeds the threshold.
