Activities can also be more than just a cafe business.Total area approx. 107.5 m2; • Customer space 40 m2 + customer space sales space 15 m2 • kiosk 21.0 m2 + kiosk warehouse 5.0 m2 • Toilet facilities and storage/dressing room 11.0 m2 + 7.0 m2 + 8.5m2 • Terrace estimated approximately 100 m2.The rental/ contract period is up to 5 years. The agreement cannot be terminated within the first 12 months. After that, the termination period for the contract is 6 months. The rent is fixed 340 euros /month.
