Description:
The urban environment department is responsible for the property register and its preparation as required by the Land Use and Construction Act and the building use and maintenance instructions in that section, as well as in accordance with the Property Register instruction series. We are looking for contract suppliers for the preparation of the property management book in the use and maintenance phase, as well as for the tasks related to the production and maintenance of the content of the electronic maintenance book. from various service facilities, among others: - Education and training properties, schools, educational institutions, kindergartens, playgrounds - Cultural and leisure properties, libraries, youth centers, cultural centers, museums - Social and health care properties, health and service centers, hospitals, nursing homes for the elderly and young people - Properties, offices, commercial properties and agencies of the Department of Urban Environment and the City Office Tasks consist of the functionalities presented in more detail in the service description about producing the contents and in compliance with the law and guidelines mentioned in the service description, also taking into account possible changes in the law and guidelines. In performing the tasks, the customer's separate instructions and quality requirements are also followed.
