• The municipality of Inari is requesting your offer in accordance with this request for tenders and its appendices for the procurement of the overall implementation of the Inari municipality residents' magazine, i.e. content planning, editorial work, folding, printing and taking care of distribution to households. Postage must be priced separately. Inari municipality's residents' magazine is a magazine aimed at the Inari municipality's residents, distributed 1-3 times a year as a public notice. Inari municipality's residents' newspaper is meant to offer current news about the municipality's activities and services, housing and matters related to free time. The provider is responsible for the production of the magazine. The production must include comprehensive project management and responsibility for the entire supply chain: conceptualization of the magazine, creation of the layout, content structure of the magazine and story types together with the Subscriber. The provider must undertake to produce articles with photographs according to the Subscriber's needs, as well as help in the preparation of advertisements for the magazine and in the delivery of other material from the subscriber. Resident magazine the editor-in-chief is a representative of the municipality of Inari, and the municipality of Inari actively participates in the planning of the magazine's content (assigns the topics), commenting on the articles, and deciding on the whole before accepting it for printing. Production of a 20-page magazine of A4 size or equivalent (exact size to be stated in the offer).
