- The city of Rauma will compete for the service production of the Rauma Christmas Market and Tammela elf, which together form one of the main events and production of one lace town for Christmas. The agreement will be tendered to implement the service production of 2025 and the subscriber has the right to continue it(Option) also covers Christmas 2026 service production. The Production of the Christmas Market and Tammela elves will be ordered in their entirety from a service provider selected by sections in tendering. Acquisition is tendered by an open procedure by reverse tendering where the subscriber assesses the tendersin accordance with the qualitative criteria set out in the tender documents. The subjects of the acquisition are described in more detail in the invitation to tender and in its annexes. An agreement will be concluded with the service provider selected by sector for 2.6.2025 (target) - 31.1.2026. Sections chosenThe service provider should produce service production during Christmas 2025 at the Christmas Market 29.11.2025 - 24.12.2025, and in Tammela's elves from 22.1.2025 to 1.1.2026, according to service descriptions. In terms of option time, Christmas 2026, the preliminary schedule of service production takes place for weeks48-53/2026 and will be agreed with the service provider in more detail before the start of service production. The subscriber will decide on the purchase of the option period separately and will notify the service provider by 31.5.2026 at the latest.
