Tämä on markkinakartoitus liittyen tulevaan mahdolliseen tarjouskilpailuun, johon Geologian tutkimuskeskus (GTK) pyytää kommentteja ennen varsinaista kilpailutuksen käynnistämistä. Kommentteja pyydetään sekä hankinnan kohteen kuvaukseen, vaatimuksiin että hankinnan ehtoihin, JYSE Tavarat 2025 ja hankintasopimuksen luonnos (MALLI). Tällä ilmoituksella ei pyydetä tarjouksia, eikä se velvoita hankintayksikköä toteuttamaan varsinaista hankintaa. Mahdollisia kommentteja saatetaan käyttää tarjouspyyntömateriaalin muokkaukseen. Ilmoittaja ei sitoudu materiaalin muutoksiin kommenttien perusteella. Päätös mahdollisen hankintaprosessin käynnistämisestä tehdään markkinakartoituksen jälkeen. Geologian tutkimuskeskus (GTK) suunnittelee tarjouskilpailua profiloivasta upotettavasta moniparametrimittalaitteesta käytettäväksi Itämeressä. Kts. tarjottavan laitteen vähimmäisvaatimukset liitteestä "Vähimmäisvaatimukset - Minimum Requirements". This is a market survey related to a possible upcoming tendering process, for which the Geological Survey of Finland (GTK) is requesting comments before the actual launch of the tender. Comments are requested for description of the procurement object, to requirements as well as to the procurement terms, both JYSE Supplies 2025 and the fraft of Supply Contract (MODEL).
