- The subject of the procurement is the project design of the renovation of residential apartment buildings located in Kurkimaeki, Helsinki, including an option for the overall design of the project as a design group (main and architect, yard, structure, HVAC, electrical, foundation structure and fire safety planning).
Subject of the renovationna is a rental property owned by Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy, which is located on the plots of the city of Helsinki 47152/1,2,3 and 47155/1 (Harmaahaikarankuja 2, Maekikurpankuja1, Kurkimaeentie 17, 00940 Helsinki)
The procurement will not be divided into parts, as the model of several suppliers would produce inappropriate agreementin terms of schedule management and work coordination, and could endanger the achievement of an affordable cost level. Performed condition tests:
