- The subject of the procurement is the project design of the renovation of residential apartment buildings located in Malmi, Helsinki, including the option of the overall design of the project as a design group (main and architect, courtyard, structure, HVAC, electrical, foundation structure, acoustics, fire safety design).
Renovationn's target is a rental property owned by Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy, which is located on plot 38319 in the city of Helsinki
