- The object of the procurement is the project design of the renovation of residential apartment buildings located in Malmi, Helsinki, including the option of the overall design of the project as a design group (main and architect, courtyard, structure, HVAC, electrical, foundation structure and elevator design).
The object of the renovation is Helsinkiin kaupungin asunnot Oy's rental property, which is located on the City of Helsinki plot 38097/2, 38097/3, 38097/6 and 38097/7 (Vilppulantie 26, Teerisuontie 8, Teerisuontie 14 00700 Helsinki)
The procurement is not divided into parts, as several suppliers the model would produce an inappropriate contract sizein terms of schedule management and coordination of work, and could jeopardize the achievement of an affordable cost level.
