Description:
The object of the procurement is the project design of a residential apartment building to be implemented on plot 49059/3 in Laajasaloo, Helsinki, including an option for the overall design of the project as a design group led by the main designer. The project is a rental apartment subject to ARA's cost control.
The design team includes architects,front, yard, HVAC, building automation, electrical, acoustics and fire safety planning tasks.
The builder acquires the necessary life cycle and energy planning, information model coordinator and foundation designer separately.
The builder acquires the ground survey separately.
Life of the projectgoals are controlled in accordance with ATT's Life Cycle Management Model.
Each member of the planning team is responsible for achieving the goals. The life cycle planner is responsible for monitoring goals and compiling data. The planning group must provide the necessary initial information in the Lifecycle control model, i.eto the calculations, comparisons and simulations presented to the responsibility of inkaari and the energy planner. Calculating the green factor is the responsibility of the yard planner.in terms of schedule management and work coordination.
If the solution requires a deviation decision, applying for it is included in the planning tasks.
The project must investigate the vibration effects of tram traffic.
