Description:
The subject of the procurement is the project design of a group home in Laajasalo, Helsinki, including an option for the overall design of the project as a design team led by the main designer.health and fire safety planning tasks.
In addition to the task lists, the main designer's tasks include light art design in accordance with the "Regional additional conditions for Kruunuvuorenranta plot reservations" appendix.
The tasks of the accessibility coordinator are included in the main designer's tasks.
Life cycle-and energy and infrastructure planning as well as data model coordination are carried out by the customer's organization. The design departments work as part of the design work group.calculation.
