Description:
The object of the procurement is the project design of a residential apartment building to be implemented on plot 49072/26 in Laajasaloo, Helsinki, including an option for the overall design of the project as a design group led by the main designer. The project is a rental housing project controlled by Ara.
The design team includes architects, rabuilding, yard, HVAC, building automation, electrical, acoustics and fire safety planning tasks.
The builder acquires the necessary life cycle and energy planning, information model coordinator and Geo planner separately. The builder acquires the ground survey separately.
Calculating the green factorn belongs to the yard planner's tasks.
The contract is drawn up for each object in the name of the company.
The life cycle goals of the project are guided according to ATT's Life Cycle Management Model.
Each member of the planning team is responsible for the realization of the goals. The life cycle planner is responsible for monitoring the goalsand data collection. The planning team must provide the necessary input data for the calculations, comparisons and simulations presented in the life cycle control model to the responsibility of the life cycle and energy planner.
Procurement is not divided into parts, as a multi-supplier model would produce an inappropriate onein terms of the schedule management of the contract entity and the coordination of the works.
