Description:
The object of the procurement is the project design of Heka Lassila Hopeatie 14-16 ER and the parking facility with the option of overall design as a design group led by the main designer.
The design team includes the main, architectural, structural, yard, HVAC, building automation, electrical, acoustics, sprinkler, kespore and fire safety planning tasks. The tasks of the accessibility coordinator are part of the main designer's tasks.
The developer acquires geo, life cycle and energy planning separately.
Furthermore, the developer procures for the actual planning phase
- a traffic planner
- an elevator consultant
-robotics consultant
- GSM-Virveverkkokonsultant
- information model coordinator
- possibly moisture management coordinator and waste system consultant
The life cycle goals of the project are controlled according to ATT's Life Cycle Management Model.
The planning package includes the following items:
- Plot 29176/5 new building
- Plot 29175/6 parking facility
Contracts are drawn up on a site-by-site basis in the names of the companies.
The procurement is not divided into parts, as the multi-supplier model would result in an inappropriate set of contracts in terms of schedule management and coordination of work and could endanger eachieving a reasonable cost level.
