• The acquisition focuses on the system unit solution for Haaga-Helia (including "subscriber" or "contracting entity) (" Solution "in the future), which includes the following functionality: project management, working time monitoring and project wages gravity (distributor). The solution is purchased as a SaaS service.The solution may consist of partial solutions and thus one or more compatible systems. The aim of the contracting unit is to get a solution primarily as a total solution that can be implemented with one or two suppliers. In one supplier model, the solution is deliveredas a total solution (AB) including project management (A) and working time monitoring and division (B). In the two suppliers model, the solution is purchased as partial solutions from two different suppliers, one supplied by project management (A) and the other as a partial solution for working time monitoring and distribution (B).However, the contracting entity may only acquire a project management partial solution (a) in a situation described in Annex 13 "Comparison" of the invitation to tender, the tenderer undertakes to implement an integration between A and B, which is the contractor's Frends integration platform.If two different suppliers are selected as the supplier of the solution, the contractors may agree on the implementation of integrations in more detail, including the Point-to-Point solution.
