• The procurement services of the City of Turku's corporate administration is requesting applications for participation in the competitive negotiation procedure regarding the services of a project management consultant for the Old Suurtori quarter (the so-called Elephanten quarter) of the City of Turku. the task of the project's project management is the practical management and organization of the entire project with the support of the facility services project manager. The object of procurement and the content of the service as well as the requirements are described at a preliminary level in this request for participation and those will be specified in the negotiations. The purpose of the procurement is to conclude an indefinite contract with one supplier. The procurement procedure is two-stage. Based on this request for participation, 4 candidates will be selected for the second stage, ie to the negotiation phase. In the negotiations, the requirements of the service and the comparison criteria for the offers are specified. In step two, the actual request for quotation is submitted. The selection criteria for the request for tender phase is the economically most favorable price with quality weight is 70%.
