- The object of the procurement is the contract for the Malmi swimming pool parking facility. The project is implemented as a project management contract. Helsingin Velvoitepysakoeinti Oy acts as the client of the project (hereinafter also the "procurement unit") on behalf of the company that will be established later.a-Malmi district. The plot of the parking lot is bordered by Pekanraitti, Soidintieh and the plot that will be used by the Malmi swimming pool and is part of block 38075. According to the preliminary plans, there will be a total of 241 parking spaces, of which 6 are LE spaces.
The project has been allocated to your tender requestaccording to the documents, into two phases. Phase 2 is an option, the implementation of which is decided separately by the Procurement Unit.
The construction site includes the planning of the Malmi swimming pool parking garage project, the application for permits, construction and tasks during the warranty period, the reference plan attached to the request for tenderand other contract accounting documents. The application for a building permit should be submitted tentatively in June 2024. According to the planned schedule, the parking garage is to be completed so that the parking garage will be put into use in July 2025.00 euros (VAT 0%).
