Description:
The eastern border barrier consists of the actual fence, the road next to it and the technical control system. The barrier will be built for a distance of about 190 kilometers to the 1,300 kilometer long eastern border. Management and management of the scope of the project and several simultaneous design and construction sitesn along the eastern border is very demanding as a set of tasks. The service provider is expected to have experience in project management of chain-like land construction projects and in the design of electrical and control systems.
The construction of the barrier will take place between 2023 and 2026 and will be implemented in three phasesa, which are Prio 1, Prio 2 and Prio 3. Prio 1 and 2 each account for a good third of the project and Prio 3 about a quarter of the project.
The tasks of this procurement begin with the tendering of the contracts and procurements of the implementation of the Prio 1 phase, as well as construction and the planning of the Prio 2 phase. Las a father, the procurement includes the possible supplementary design of the construction phase of the Prio 1 phase plans drawn up on behalf of the customer.
In the procurement, a project management service provider for the following tasks is tendered as a single procurement entity:
- developer consultant; project management, planningand financial control, acquisitions, construction and control, excluding security planning, construction and control (HJR)
- main design (RAK)
- foundation and structural design of fence and gate structures (RAK)
- geo-planning (GEO/BASED RESEARCH)
