Description:
The subject of the procurement is the project management consulting service at HUS psychiatry for the implementation of the project (VN10043/2025) in 2026-2027. That's about it from a development project that broadly covers mental health and substance abuse services, which expands the development work carried out as part of the "Therapies on the Frontline" operating model in the direction of reducing drug harm.
The goal of the procurement is to enable the implementation of the project as a seamless and uninterrupted part of the process wide-ranging national development of mental health services. The realization of the project is not certain at this stage, but the procurement of the project manager's service is conditional on a positive funding decision in future funding applications.
The object of the procurement and the requirements concerning it (including the project objectives) are described in detail in the request for tenders and in Appendix 1 (Description of procurement and service).
The planned project is part of the national program to reduce drug deaths, the goal of which is that the substance abuse and addiction service system aimed at young people functions smoothly in welfare areas and quickly also in multi-agency cooperation and the introduction of treatment methods aimed at substance abuse and addiction problems for young people has improved.
