Description:
The acquisition focuses on the renovation of the apartment block in Pukinmaki, Helsinki, including the overall design of the option project as a design team (main and architectural, yard, structural, plumbing, electrical and bottom structure) including information modeling. Data modeling The accuracy is presented in the tender documents. As the data model's output information, the developer commissions photogrammetric measurements of the building's facades, water roofs and plot, as well as point clouds on the public's public spaces and types of dwellings.
The tenderer undertakes to submit a construction permit application Data model based on the requirements of the new Building Act. The design of the construction law and the regulations of the authorities cannot be provided with additional and alterations to the developer, but are included in the assignment.
The renovation is owned by the City of Helsinki Asunnot Oy Rental House site located on the City of Helsinki plot 37043/2 (Madetojankuja 2, 00720 Helsinki)
