• Description:
• Property apartment renovations The procurement mainly concerns small-scale construction and repair work carried out in apartments in connection with moving. Some construction work is also carried out in the public spaces of the properties (e.g. stairwells, saunas, yard buildings). The customer selects six contractors and three back-up contractors for the framework arrangement. An agreement will be concluded with the subcontractors, which will come into force in the event that during the contract period the contract ends. The customer's goal is to always have six contracts in force. The object of procurement is described in more detail in Appendix 1 Description of the object of procurement. The work is done at the offered unit prices. The acquisition has not been divided into parts, because the acquisition dividing into parts would significantly increase interface risk, ambiguities regarding the division of responsibilities and the need for procurement unit coordination. According to the customer's estimate, there are around 350-500 orders per year. The number of orders varies quite a lot monthly.
