Description:
The acquisition is subject to expert services related to real estate assessment and sales.
The acquisition includes three (3) different areas:
Subdivision 1: Real estate evaluation expert served
Subdivision 2: Property sales expert services-items offered to investors
Sub-area 3: Property sales expert services- commercial and residential mediation tasks
Description of the content of the area:
Sub-area 1: The municipality of Nurmijarvi uses real estate assessments prepared by consultants to support decision-making when the municipality dispenses or acquires land or access to such an area or in a state. The purpose of the assessment is to determine the market value of the site, which means the amount of money by which an independent buyer and a seller on the date of evaluation, without compulsory, take the transaction to the decision.
Sections 2-3: The municipality of Nurmijarvi sells an estimated 3-5 properties every year, worth EUR 100,000 - 20,000,000. It is mainly schools, kindergartens, homes, commercial premises, social properties and similar buildings that have become unnecessary for the municipality. The sites are sold either as real estate (plot and building) or as a movable building/shares. As a rule applied for the targets Investor buyers.
Three (3) suppliers are selected for each area.
The supplier's choice for the customer is commissioned in accordance with Annex 2 (Framework Arrangement Description).
All service under the contract is provided in the municipality of Nurmijarvi.
