Description:
The procurement services of Teese Botnia Oy Ab is requesting bids on behalf of the City of Pietarsaari for the analysis of real estate data and the creation of a framework arrangement for energy optimization services, for the contract period valid until further notice.
The City of Pietarsaari's goal is to takeproperties for real-time monitoring. In the first phase, real-time monitoring takes place in 20 properties (Appendix 1). Alerte, the in-house company of the city of Pietarsaari, is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the properties.n's common super control, energy is optimized and that the energy optimization service can be repaid in the shortest possible time for each property. The goal of the Supervalvo service is to have the correct indoor conditions in real estate in accordance with the goals.
The service provider receives testimated data via a cloud service. The city of Pietarsaari has entered into a service contract for the collection and storage of real-time data from the target systems of the properties it owns (for example, unit controller, sub-center of the automation system, from which data is to be collected and/or which is to bedrift net).
