Description:
The target of the acquisition is the target of design and expert services related to the life cycle of real estate owned or managed by the FINTRAFIC Group. The subject of the acquisition covers a wide range of design and expert services that are essential to real estate functionality,maintaining and improving safety and energy efficiency. Construction infrastructure requires a variety of expert expertise, for example. For HVAC, electrical, building technology, energy efficiency, developer consultant and control. In addition, expert expertise can also be ordered in the EM.in the preliminary stages of projects. The aim of the contracting entity is to quickly obtain a cost -effective, professional and appropriate expert or expert team in separately defined projects. Framework arrangement is divided into totalto two (2) different areas. -Section 1: The LVISA design service for real estate includes Expert Services for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems- Section 2: Real estate expert tasks include: project management, cost tracking,scheduling, quality control and technical documentation. The description of the subject of the purchase and the requirements for it are set out in Annex 1 description of the subject of the acquisition.
