Description:
The subject of the procurement is the procurement of the maintenance and consumption management system for the properties of Pirkkala municipality and group companies owned by the municipality in accordance with the tender request and its appendices. The property portfolio is currently around 40 properties. There may be more properties or they may decrease during the contract period. It is assumed that each property has one main meter/type of consumption (electricity, water, heat). 40 properties are used in the calculation of the tender comparison price of the tender request. At the beginning of the contract period, the number of properties and meters to be set up is checked. During the implementation phase of the system, planning users: - main user 4 people - property management/maintenance 17 people - management 3 people - partners (limited view) - fault reports (property users) The maintenance system must be able to manage and monitor the care, maintenance and repairs of the property, prepare a property-specific PTS (long-term plan) and monitor implementation of plans and costs. The consumption management system must be able to analyze and report energy consumption by object and energy type, produce data for energy billing and produce energy analyses. The energy management system must be able to record energy efficiency measures and attach condition measurements. The central goal of the acquisition is the principle of storing information once, i.e. the same information does not need to be entered manually...
