Description:
The contracting entity will request your bid for the Loviisa Rescue Station, which will be completed in July-August 2025, for building and outdoor property management services. In addition to the rescue service, the rescue station also has a police office. The welfare area of Eastern Uusimaa is also moving in Nikkila of the municipality of SipooJaitava rescue station completed in 2023. Nikkila Rescue Station's property maintenance and outdoor maintenance will be competed later during 2025/2026 and the predicted value of the above -mentioned purchases of Loviisa and Nikkila's rescue stations has been calculatedwhen it comes to this acquisition. The acquisition is the property management services of the rescue station buildings and outdoor areas, including: • Regular maintenance and maintenance of buildings • HVAC and electrical basic maintenance • Troubleshooting and repairs • Outdoor areas hOito (snow work, sanding, green areas care; start after warranty) • On-call and standby services, for this invitation to tender, applies only to Loviisa Rescue Station property and its immediate outdoor areas.
