- The contracting entity will request your bid for the property management services of the Nikkila Rescue Station buildings and outdoor areas.
The rescue station, completed in Nikkila in Sipoo municipality, will move to the welfare area of Eastern Uusimaa during August-September 2025. Rescue Station Property Management and Outdoor maintenance in April-May 2025. The anticipated value of the procurement has been calculated in one of the anticipated value when notifying this procurement.
The acquisition is the target of the rescue station buildings and outdoor property management services, including:
• Regular maintenance and maintenance of buildings
• HVAC and electrical basic maintenance
• Troubleshooting and repairs
• Treatment of outdoor areas (snow work, sanding, green areas care)
• Emergency and back-up services
Acquired For this invitation to tender, the service applies only to the property of the Nikkila Rescue Station and its immediate outdoor areas.
