Description:
The object of the acquisition is the property maintenance and outdoor maintenance services of Kela's office in Oulu at Sepaenkatu 18, 90100 OULU
The property maintenance and outdoor maintenance service includes e.g. maintenance of outdoor areas year-round, emergency call every day of the week around the clock, kicontinuous services of inteistoen care on weekdays as well as separately ordered services. The service also includes participation in inspections and meetings organized by the customer. The service to be procured is described in more detail in the service description and the draft contract (Appendices 1 Service description and Appendix4 Draft contract).
On the basis of the tender, one (1) service provider will be selected, with whom Kela will enter into a service contract for Kela Oulu's property maintenance and management of external areas.
