Description:
The city of Lohja tenders the work tasks of a property manager in the property of the city and city-owned companies.
Working hours are on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (7.24 h/day). The position does not include on-call or overtime.
Outside working hours, the customer is responsible for the work own real estate emergency service and security company.
Lawn mowing is mostly handled by the customer's own organization. The snow work done by machine is handled by the regional contractor, but the snow work done by hand belongs to the property manager for work tasks.
The customer organizes an introduction to the technical systems as needed.
It is possible to extend the contract by the Customer's decision by one, in a one-year contract period from 1 February 2029 to 31 January 2030.
