• Description:
• The city of Lohja tenders the work tasks of a property manager in the property of the city and city-owned companies. The city's space center or companies owned by the city buy as needed and always separately on a previously agreed schedule, e.g. sickness, property management service for summer holidays etc. at a monthly price. Orders are made for periods of at least 1 month, usually the duration of the culling is 1-6 months, depending on the need. The contract does not include fixed monthly billing, unless there is a service booked. Target properties are agreed separately. Working hours are on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (7.24 h/day). The position does not include on-call or overtime. Outside of working hours, the customer's own real estate on-call and security company are responsible for the work. Tasks include technical property maintenance (maintenance tasks and advance maintenance). Lawn mowing is mostly handled by the customer's own organization. The snow work done by machine is handled by the regional contractor, but the snow work done by hand belongs to the property manager for work tasks. The property manager must know how to use Granlund Manager and the Fidelix building automation system. The customer organizes an introduction to the technical systems as needed. The actual contract period is April 15, 2026 - April 14, 2028. The contract is with the Customer with the decision, it is possible to continue with two one-year contract periods for 15.4.2028 - 14.4.2029 and 15.4.2029 - 14.4.2030.
