Description:
The procurement applies to the production of property management services in properties listed by Lahti Tilakeskus in the quotation. This is a procurement of service exceeding the EU threshold under section 26 of the Procurement Act.
Acquisition is done through an open procedure to which all willing tenderers canSend their bids.
The acquisition is divided into three regional parts that the tenderer can offer one or more. All parts are made separate contracts.
