Description:
The object of the acquisition is the work/protective clothing of the first care personnel for Oulun Keskuspesula Oy and for the welfare areas that are customers of Provina Tekstiilipalvelut - Textilservice Oy (hereafter Provina). Oulun Keskuspesula Oy and Provina rent and maintain work and protective clothing for their own to their customers.
The products to be procured with their minimum requirements are stated in the section Criteria for the object of procurement.
Partial offers are allowed on a part-by-part basis; all products must be offered within the sub-area.
Alternative offers are not possible.
An alternative offer means that the offeror would have the right to offer alternative implementation methods or solutions for implementing the procurement object.
Parallel offers are permitted; the bidder can submit several bids per part (for example, if the bidder represents brands of several manufacturers or different fabric qualities). A parallel offer is treated as a separate offer and must meet all the requirements set by the request for tenders for the object of procurement and the contract terms of the draft contract.
Tentative schedule:
The target schedule for the start of the contract period is January 1, 2026.
The procurement unit will publish the tender again with an accelerated procedure and again with updated documentation.
