Description:
The 5 m3 heating oil tank of Rehulantie 7, which is being acquired, was found to leak and removed in 2018. The soil contaminated with oil hydrocarbons in the area has been cleaned with mass exchange in 2018 and 2020.The oil carbonation content exceeds the refurbishment targets. Groundwater protective pumping has been carried out in the area from one suction well from 2018 to the south of the building. The tenderer is obliged to get to know the job before submitting the offer.As well as during the contract period, he acquired information from the building area and examined all the factors that are relevant to his or her responsibilities, obligations and rights. If the service provider (later also the "contractor") does not get to know the site on the spot, he cannot laterinvoke the factors that would have been revealed during the introduction.
