- The welfare area of North Ostrobothnia (Pohde), the welfare area of Central Ostrobothnia (Soite) and the welfare area of Lapland (Lapha) are requesting offers for protective vests to be purchased mainly for first aid personnel. The acquisition period is 01.04.2024 - 31.03.2026 and the options are 1 1 years. The first care staff face the job dutiesin fear of potentially dangerous customers, which is why protective vests must meet certain ballistic and puncture/cut protection criteria. Since the security risks of customer situations vary, we ask for offers for vests with two different ballistic protection levels. Protection for protective vestsaccessibility requirements and other criteria are recorded in the tender request.
Protective vests with a higher level of ballistic protection
The ballistic protection of the protective vest must be IIIA level according to NIJ 0101.04 or NIJ 0101.06 standards. Protective vests with a lower level of ballistic protection
