• Procurement of cleaning services Kemi teollisuuskylä Oy's facilities, Tietokatu 3, Tietokatu 6, Studiokatu 3, Kiveliönkatu 26. The aim of the services is to provide a high-quality, professional and customer-oriented cleaning service at the agreed level of cleanliness hygienic and comfortable environment for the users of the facilities. The cleaning consists of maintenance cleaning of common facilities, meeting and party facilities, and office premises. The number of cleanings varies according to space reservations, and more thorough cleaning is done if necessary cleanings. The cleaning methods are environmentally friendly and of high quality, and sustainable development is supported. We cooperate in accordance with the principles of sustainable development with Lassila & Tikanoja Oy's waste management agreement and Lindström's sanitation facility. We take care of sufficient waste recycling and monitor the development of waste quantities in cooperation with Lassila & Tikanoja, and Lindström provides hand towel rolls, hand detergents and toilet paper to our premises as a filling service for the Digipolis area.
