Description:
The goal in the planning and construction of the project is to carry out a fundamental improvement of the main library in Lahti.
The functional and technical goals of the basic improvement are presented in the project plan.
The fundamental improvement of the library is basically planned according to the project plan.
As a design form of the project is a shared design and the preliminary form of implementation is a total contract.
The offer must be in accordance with the tender documents.
The ESPD form is filled out in the HILMA system and submitted in pdf format as an attachment to the offer to the BEM project bank.
Planning starts in 12/2025 (target).
The facilities are designed to be ready for commissioning in February 2030.
