The competition is conducted using an open procedure, on the basis of which ja maximum of five (5) contract suppliers with the highest scores in the comparison will be selected for the odd sub-set. The bidder can bid for one or more sub-assemblies. Parallel offers are not allowed.in sub-assemblies 1-11 and 13-14 the cheapest price and in sub-assemblies 12 the overall economic advantage where the share of quality points is 8 and the price is 92. The selection takes place in the order of scoring of the bidders.
