- Sarastia Oy requests your offer for the framework arrangement of community technical consulting services according to the tender documents.
The procurement is divided into 14 parts:
1. Geotechnics and geotechnical terrain surveys
2. Traffic technology
3. Infrastructure construction and supervision of infrastructure works, land and water departmentconstruction site supervision
4. Landscape design
5. Contaminated land and water areas
6. Road, street, regional and municipal technical systems (water supply and research)
7. Structural engineering
8. Community planning and zoning
9. Measurement and mapping technology
10. Noise investigations, measurements and noise pollutionbasic planning
11. Vibration and frame noise surveys
12. Subset of nature surveys
13. Climate studies and plans
14. risk assessments of major accidents, risk assessments of dangerous substances and domino effects
The competition is carried out using an open procedure, based on whicha maximum of five (5) contracted suppliers with the highest scores in the comparison will be selected for the odd sub-set. The bidder can bid for one or more sub-assemblies. If several bidders get the same number of points, the procurement unit will draw lots for the bidders who choose the framework arrangement. The draw is legalthe method accepted in practice.
Parallel offers are not allowed.
Owner-customers of Sarastia Oy who have committed to the competition or who have registered as option customers are indicated in
appendix 1 of the draft contract.
