Description:
The City of Helsinki acquires a core solution for public services in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area and welfare areas. The subject of the acquisition includes the following solution components: Business logic, database, maintenance application with its defined functionalities, access management, andMonitoring of the quality of data and analyzing logs. The aim of the service codes is to improve the management of public service information for the needs of municipalities and well -being areas in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. The solution plays a central role in the assembly of service information andIn production, when it serves as a core information reserve for public services. The interface is digitally accessible, easy to use and user -control. In addition, the service provider hasBuilt -in functionality of information quality. After deployment, the solution will be transferred to the further development phase, which is implemented at an hourly priced expert at the same timewith continuous service.
