Numera Palvelut Oy's (Sarastia) procurement services will request its customers a bid for home and foreign newspapers, as well as scientific and digital magazines, in accordance with the tender documents.Choose one (1) comparison of the most points that meet the suitability requirements as a contract supplier.The benchmark is the overall economy and the benchmark is the best value for money, with a weight of 72 points and a quality weight of 28 points. If multiple providers receive the same score, the contracting entity will draw the service provider to be selected. The lottery is in case lawaccepted way. The price is compared by the discount/service charges with points.
The contract period is four (4) years. Agreement between the contracting entity and the supplier is not deemed to have been made only once the procurement decision has become final or when the Market Court has entered into a contractA separate written agreement has been signed for the permit and the acquisition has been signed. Sarastia's customers committed to the agreement will be covered by the contract after their current contracts are completed.
