• According to the 2026 budget of the city of Pudasjärvi: The total amount of the long-term loan at the end of 2024 was €24.66 M. During 2025, the long-term loan has been raised and repaid in accordance with the budget, so at the beginning of the budget period (January 1, 2026) the amount of the long-term loan will be approximately €22.14 million. In the budget year 2026, the loan will be raised by €2.2 million and repaid according to the repayment program by approximately €4.65 million. The estimated capital of the long-term loan at the end of the period (December 31, 2026) is therefore €19.69 million. Town's in order to secure liquidity, municipal certificates (short-term loans) are also issued if necessary. In the 2024 financial statements, the amount of the loan taken out with municipal certificates was €6.5 million. The forecast for the amount of municipal certificates at the end of 2025 is €6 million. At the end of 2026, the estimated amount of municipal certificates is €6.5 million. ---The offer is requested for a fixed-rate, unsecured €2.2 M (€2,200,000) loan with a 10-year loan period and without the possibility of interest rate adjustment, installments in equal installments every 6 months. We ask that the loan offer is based on the market interest rate at 12 noon on April 29, 2026. No other options should be offered. The loan withdrawal date is May 26, 2026, after the decision to take out the loan becomes law, or the closest possible date after that withdrawal date. The bank determines the final interest rate before the payment date. The Procurement Act (1397/2016) does not apply to the procurement of public sector financing / borrowing.
