• Description:
• The street and green area unit of Sipoo municipality is requesting a bid for the construction of the Segrispuisto pumptrack track located in Nikkilä, Sipoo. The pumptrack track is implemented in accordance with the layout and construction plans and is a rolling track with an asphalt surface, which is intended for bicycles, kickboards, roller skates and skateboards. The contractor implements the shapes of the pump track and its surroundings, the lighting and the asphalting of the surfaces, fully prepared. The contract must be completed on September 30, 2026 The form of the contract is a total contract, where the contractor selected for the work acts as the main contractor acting as the main contractor as defined by YSE and Finnish legislation. The contractor is responsible for site management duties and site services. The developer is Sipoo municipality, which also acts as a customer in accordance with YSE 98.
