Description:
North Karelia's procurement agency requests to submit an offer for the HVAC design of the renovation of the Puoliväli daycare located at Viljatie 2, Ylämylly, in accordance with the request for tender and its attachments. The offer is binding and must be written in Finnish. The entire procurement process is in Finnish. The procurement must comply with the directly binding regulations of the European Union, Finnish laws and regulations, and regulations issued by the authorities, e.g. structure, equipment, work and fire safety and regarding electrical safety. The customer recommends that the bidder has familiarized himself with the object on site before the end of the question period stated in the request for bids. If the tenderer fails to inspect the construction site, the tenderer cannot later refer to circumstances, which could have been revealed during the acquaintance.
