• TeeSe Botnia Oy Ab is preparing, on behalf of Isonkyrö municipality's educational services, the tendering of the contract for pre-primary and basic education and high school pupil transport for the needs of Isonkyrö municipality. The tender concerns the transport of pupils who cannot be arranged using open public transport. The transport needs of the routes vary daily, daily school transports include a morning transport and/or one or two afternoon transports. The transports are run on confirmed school days. Services can be implemented with M1-M3 category vehicles, which are partially covered by the Act on Clean Vehicles 740/2021 and the Clean Vehicle Directive (CVD). The Clean Vehicles Act implements the provisions on the promotion of clean and energy-efficient motor vehicles Directive (EU) 2019/1161 of the European Parliament and of the Council on amending Directive 2009/33/EC. If an M3 vehicle is offered for the route (a bus that does not have space reserved for standing passengers in addition to seats) or a so-called disabled-equipped vehicles, the clean vehicle requirement does not apply. Regarding pricing, the customer has planned €/day/route as the basis for comparison (and as the basis for invoicing). In addition, the customer considers clean vehicles in accordance with Act 740/2021 scoring (x points if the bidder offers vehicles in accordance with Act 740/2021 on the route).
